Listings QuikCheks

It's easy to overlook making changes to your online inventory. Therefore, many real estate web sites contain incorrect and outdated property information. Why is it important to keep your data current?

• Regulators in some areas are now penalizing agents who fail to keep their online inventory current.
• The puplic loses confidence in a Realtor whose property info is incorrect or outdated.

Letchford Design has developed QuikChek to make it easy for you to monitor your online listings. We regularly prepare a list of your inventory showing important data such as status, price, etc. This is sent to you via your email. You check it for errors and we'll correct them. No need for you to remember to go to your web site and review your listings. To our knowledge, we are the only web site developers who provide this service.

Web Sitings

We're always coming across bits of news and ideas too good to ignore so we send them to you in our "Letchford Design Web Sitings." This mini-newsletter is emailed to you. It includes:

• new ideas for promoting your web site
• news about the Web that can affect your business
• new web pages and features we have developed
• good links to other sites that can be helpful (i.e. desktop publishing resources applicable to real estate)

• The Flat Rate Maintenance Plan
  Billed at an hourly rate. Does not include QuikCheks or Web Sitings. This plan may be considered for web sites that do not include listings or other information that should stay current.

  The Standard Maintenance Plan
  Offers a sliding scale depending on the size of your site (number of pages) and the number of listings added, and starts at $25.00 per month. It does include Letchford Design's QuikCheks and Web Sitings.
